Early Childhood Outreach Program (EChO) – offers consultation services and support to Durham County child care providers and families when a child's behavior presents a challenge in the childcare setting. EChO consultants work with the teachers to develop effective strategies for the classroom and work with the families on finding appropriate community resources.
